Refund policy

At Top Speed Cincy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. A return authorization must be requested before sending any items back.

To initiate a return, contact us at blake@topspeedcincy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: electrical components, special order items, items that have been installed or modified, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at blake@topspeedcincy.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
